Michelle is the Billing Supervisor at Versant Power, where she leads employees in both Bangor and Presque Isle. She focuses on customer experience, regulatory compliance, process improvements, developing her team, and providing support where needed.
Michelle holds an A.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Husson University. She is a graduate of BRLI’s Class of 2019.
An Aroostook County native, Michelle enjoys her trips “up north” to visit family and coworkers. She loves the summer months which always include trips to visit family in Vinalhaven, kayaking, biking, and camping. She also enjoys doing projects around her home in Hermon, where she resides with her husband Todd and their two sons.
