Nicole Kelley is the Campus Operations Director for Northeast Technical Institute (NTI). Before joining NTI in 2017 she spent more than a decade in recruiting and talent acquisition in the healthcare and technology fields with PCHC, St. Joseph Healthcare, and the Jackson Laboratory. At NTI, she is responsible for planning, directing, and organizing school operations in Auburn, Bangor, and Scarborough. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Business – Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and is a 2012 graduate of Bangor Region Leadership Institute. She has been a School Board Member with RSU 64 since 2011. Nicole resides in Bradford with her husband, two sons, and their dog Milo.
